General Policy

Due to the nature of our services (custom music production, digital delivery, franchise registration), all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Franchise Registration

  • All franchise fees (BeatStarter, BeatBoss, BeatEmpire) are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they include non-tangible song credits and service-based deliverables.

  • Franchise credits are valid as per the duration mentioned in the agreement (2 or 3 years).

  • BeatZee is not responsible for loss of credits due to delay in franchise activation or non-usage.

Song Orders

  • Once a custom song order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Revisions are allowed within the scope of the package purchased.

  • No refund for dissatisfaction unless there’s a clear breach of contract.

Service Disruption

In case of service disruption from our side due to technical or operational reasons, BeatZee will offer compensation in the form of service credits or extended validity, but not a monetary refund.

Franchise Cancellation

Franchisee may cancel the agreement voluntarily by submitting a written notice. However, the fee will not be refunded. If BeatZee terminates the franchise due to violation of terms, no refund or compensation will be granted.
